Personality:
She is rather sheltered and shy with most people, a soft spoken person a lot of the time. Acts rather timid around people but that doesn't mean she won't snap and get very scary when need be. Can get angry and possessive when it comes to certain people coming around. Has an oddly childish and clumsy side at times.
Likes:
Books and learning, being inside her library or inside in general, fresh air and plants from a garden, soft things and animals she can pet, magic, her job and duty, being left alone as much as possible
Dislikes:
Certain royals from her past, spicy foods and drunks, any harm coming to her library and getting in the way of her duties, in general people who visit without permission, having to stay outside the library for too long, not learning enough
Powers/Abilities:
As a witch she more or less can learn most magic as long as it is come up with by others. Making potions is something she enjoys in her free time but knows it isn't her best quality unless she wants to put more time into it. Her own special spells allow her to 'read' or 'write' books despite not having sight. This is used for her job inside the library.
Talents:
Learning things rather quickly with magic or potions. Organizing and keeping things clean.
Bio:
Etta was born into a family that had a long history in books and specifically this library. They had long ago vowed to keep this library and it's knowledge safe for generations to come. It didn't matter to them who owned this library or who was fighting wars outside, it was just the knowledge and library they kept safe. Even if everything needed to be transferred somewhere else safe they would follow and find where to keep everything safe from outside interference. They accept books, repair books, allow people to come and go as needed to gain or give knowledge as that is what they were sworn to keep safe. Etta was born and raised by her mother here and her father who worked in the castle with other royals while her mother was the main guardian of the library. She was raised to be the next to this task and was born with her sight. Though when she was almost ten years of age the... well royal children and their friends may or may not have had an accident that blinded the library witch. This was hidden from the outside world to avoid a failing in reputation even if anyone else would have been executed for harming someone of the Rosalind line. This left her blinded completely and she had many years of recovery to relearn how to do her job. But by the time she was twenty her mother and father said they would retire, trusting her now with the duty as they would leave to live another life outside the castle.
