His father was the ex general of the royal guards but 4 years before during an harsh climatic change he died, at the time he was a royal guard but he started to investigate about the incident and was "promoted" captain and transferred outside the palace.
His roles are various, the manta section includes the platform where they arrived, part of the resctricted area (Where there are various fragmentum) and various other connected zones.
In the restricted zone can be found any kind of marine creature corrupted by the power of the stellaron.
One would say he feels a little of hatred aginst the government...
