Chongyun agrees to rent that room to Leaf. He was already considering it, to make a little extra earning. The fact it is Leaf to take it makes him more relieved. His apartment is indeed pretty big compared to the other, even the room itself has a large bed for two. Its real problem is that it is not in order at all, but a total mess and it is dirty. Chongyun doesn't care much about cleaning. Under all those clothes, bottles, lies a decent apartment, with a classic style, pretty much perfect for a little family. There are also some objects belonging to Chongyun's parents.
Anyhow, he first shows the place to Leaf before to let him decide, then as they agree to it, he accompanies him to take his things from the other apartment.
Jingyuan is pretty much clueless. He is at home when they arrive, in the usual shirtless attire. He was actually waiting for Leaf to come home, to go bed with him.
He is confused to see Leaf arriving with Chongyun, he doesn't know him. "Hi. What's up?"
Chongyun looks at Jingyuan, not liking him at first glance. He doesn't send friendly gazes. "He is moving with me."
"What? All the sudden?" Jingyuan moves his gaze between Leaf and Chongyun, baffled. "Why?" He makes it clear he doesn't like it. "...you shouldn't leave."
"He has already decided." Chongyun stares at Jingyuan with a frown. The situation is tense.

The fact he'd have a room all for himself and that he won't need to hide his ears while at home is what convinces him right away to start this new adventure — he is typically a very routine-inclined person, so moving to a new place makes him a little uncomfortable.
He is not sure how Jingyuan is going to take the matter, but initially he doesn't think the other would be very bothered, as long as he gets to pay the rent for the month he spent there. He certainly doesn't mean it as a betrayal, to move to a more comfortable solution, and he never intended to cut contacts with Jingyuan anyway.
When they are at the apartment, he starts to feel more nervous, especially once in front of Jingyuan.
His eyes widen. «It's just that… I thought it would be better for everyone… so you too will have more space for yourself in your room…» He bites his lip and takes a step back, feeling strongly intimidated by the tension of the situation. «I'm going to pay my part of the rent for the past month… I have the money here…»
