He and ZhongLi explore the underground tunnels for a long time, but they are seemingly infinite, a labyrinth of tunnels that, at least for what appears, could even cover the entire underground of whole Nortrig. They don't have the time to stay for too long, also due to the fact at one point the ties that connect then to the pillar outside the forest reaches its maximum stretch. They also risk to waste centuries in that timeless place without realise and they can't leave everything in the hands of the young demigods alone.
They find some strange clues, including some that were left by WonPil himself, but they need to be studied and figured out to be understood. The mystery gets thicker every time they try to uncover it, but everything seems to point out to three main factors: WonPil, the Book and things that are alien to the world.
When they leave the eerie forest, ZhongLi receives a message on his phone from Chan, that was sent hours before and states that Skylar fled on Earth with someone and they are going to look for him.
When they are done in the forest, Ziqun tells ZhongLi that he intends to visit Hoseok and see if he can bring him to their side too, since he was present when WonPil died and might give them some extra details on what exactly happened in that forest back then.
They both return to Guiji before parting ways.

"That we used to spend time in the library together when I was still at the fortress. We studied together.
I'm not friend to Zhongli. He is like the boss, no? Anyway, never been close to him, Skylar should know."
He slightly nods after snapping out of magic. "Where do we go first?"
Chan. «Yeah, ZhongLi is the boss. But even if you aren't close to him, I bet my ass that TiHao has already told Skylar that us three are looking for him. We better hurry, before he decides to move to another city.»
He starts to lead the way to the wronged souls he perceived. Two of them are males, one is a girl who is definitely not pregnant and the final one is a pregnant girl with brow hair, sat by an elegant cafe. There are even some bags from shopping near her and she has Skylar's phone in hand.
"Eh, we have to be quick...you said four people match, so let's split in at least two?" He hurries to follow, being determined to accomplish the mission.
It couldn't be more clear when they find the pregnant girl, there are all the signs she could be Skylar. "Let's hear if we can understand her..."
«Better to go together, so we won't waste time when we find the right one.» Due to what ZhongLi told him, he doesn't fully trust to let Chan meet Skylar alone.
Chan. «How we get close without being noticed? If we get there and it's really Skylar, I bet he will start to make a fuss so that we look like crazy monsters who are targeting an pregnant women and the entire male population of Granada will come at us. You should have told your father to teach you how to become invisible too», he grumbles, looking at Hudie.
"Alright." Cyno is the boss, taking decisions, and he doesn't even realize.
"As if I could learn that!" He rolls his eyes. "What a nonsense. Let me think...maybe an illusion, to cover us and give us the chance to approach, passing unnoticed."
