Barley is a faun, her upper half is human but her legs are deer-like. Her ears, tail, hooves and nose are too. Her fur is black fading to a brown hue, with white splotches unevenly spread throughout it, resembling the markings of a musk deer. Two sharp horns prod from above her glittering, golden-hued eyes. She has small fangs protruding instead of canine teeth, though those are only visible when she grits them or grins. Two barley stalks hang from her left ear. Her hair is fluffy and white fading to a smokey grey, reaching down to her lower back.

She loves plants. In fact, her inventory is full of herbs or flowers she's hoarded overtime, never knowing where they might be useful. Of course, she's using them to decorate herself as a plus. She's a taught botanologist and has taken the path of the druid which grants her the gift of nature's magic. She has no concept of property or personal space, nor money, just like the rest of her folk which is a close but self sustainable community who are devoted to sharing everything. Her home is up in the trees of the Feywilds just like every other reature inhabiting the giant forest. She shares it with her family.

On the downsides, Barley is small so she's often taken for granted, though her indomitable spirit keeps her running on stubbornness until she achieves her goals.

She's a curious creature but that's a double edged knife which is both what offers her new insight on things and knowledge but also gets her in trouble.

She's not muscular or intimidating, her source of strength relies solely on her magic. And plants.
