Not strange as in mentally ill type of way, she’s just a bubbly, funny, weird person.

Background story: Mika was drafted off to serve the Military after a War broke through. She quickly became one of the best soldiers in the Military due to her stubbornness and hard work. Sadly, before she left, her Mother was sick, not knowing that her Mom is slowly dying while she is away at war.
