Though, if she gets desperate enough for something, she won’t hesitate to manipulate those around her into getting what she wants. Eve is very motherly, and one of her biggest goals is to somehow be able to have children again. When Eve caught wind that her children were alive- er well, undead, she became ruthless in scouring the earth to find them. She doesn’t care what it takes, or who she has to throw under the bus. She just wants her babies back.
backstory. Your name is Florence Evelyn Ivanov, but if anyone dared called you 'Florence', you'd kick their teeth in. You prefer to be called Eve, though Evelyn works just fine. For the most part, you are a party-hard girl and you love to have fun. Though you aren't necessarily a Ripper, you do have the tendency to get carried away when feeding, and instead of the recommended snatch, feed, erase, you end up killing them. Whoops.
You turned 280 on July 1st, having been born on that day in 1736. You were born in the area known as Yakutsk, Russia to the Ivanov family. Your mother was Anna, and your father was Mikhail. Your family was wealthy, and aided in building the city. You on the other hand, were ordered to stay inside for the majority of your childhood. Your father did not want you playing with the other children, so you stayed in your home, helping your maid with the chores.
Your maid's name was Akasha, her skin was much darker than yours, but you didn't see anything wrong with that unlike those around you who did. One thing that Akasha shared with you that no one else knew, was that she was a witch. She showed you how to do herbal magic, mostly just poultices and healing rubs. On the day of your 12th birthday, you had told Akasha that you wished to have children, so that you'd have someone new around. Akasha only smiled at you, and told you that one day you would.
That day came sooner than you thought. Four months before you turned 13, Akasha had used her magic to do a spell on you. Something like a fertility spell, but skipping the sexual relations part, you had become pregnant. Your father found out, and demanded to know who you had fornicated with. But before your father could lay a beating on you, Akasha intervened. She used her magic yet again, this time putting your father into a coma. Your mother, Anna, was present for this, but saw what Akasha did as an act to protect her only daughter. Your mother covered for Akasha, and everything was safe for your baby.
On December 17th, 1749, your first son was born. You named him Aleksandr, and he was your little ball of joy. The labor was hard, and you almost died, but Akasha saw to it that you were safe, and made sure that nothing happened to you nor the baby. Akasha help you once more six years later, doing the same spell. On October 5th, 1756, you gave birth to another son. You named him Dimitri. You were a happy family for a while..
One fateful day in the winter of 1762, the city became under attack, though the Ivanov estate only suffered one casualty. You were taken from your home by the attackers, who turned out to be vampires. They turned you into one of them. Feeling like you couldn't go home and face your children as a monster, you fled Russia. You feared that if you went to your children and Akasha as a vampire, that Akasha, as a witch, would be forced to kill you.
Your maid and beloved friend had told you of Vampires once. She told you that they were nasty creatures that tainted the world. She showed much hatred for them, and that influenced you to hate them as well. When you were turned, you hated yourself for a long time, and wished that it had never happened to you. But over time, you learned to accept yourself as a vampire.
You traveled Europe for a while, but ended up going to the colonies in 1801. As you traveled America, in 1862 you came to the small town of Mystic Falls. There you ran into the infamous Katherine Pierce and the other vampires of Mystic Falls. Staying there for roughly two weeks, you became acquainted with Katherine and her friends. You had received a tip from one of the Vampires about your children, so you were going to leave.
Before doing so, you got in a risky altercation with Katherine. You had stolen a pretty little heirloom from the Lockwoods. At the time you didn't know of the Moonstones importance, you just thought it looked pretty. Katherine had got the moonstone from you by force, giving it back to the Lockwoods for safe keeping, then sent the whole town on you. Damon and Stefan Salvatore had caught you, but you were able to plea with the two boys, and they let go as long as you promised to never come back.

In the winter of 1893, you found yourself in the dazzling city of New Orleans. When you first arrived, you were greeted by one of the city’s founding members, Elijah Mikaelson. He opted to show you around the city, and you went along without question. By this time you had heard the tale of the Original Family, and knew that they were not to be trifled with. Seeing their stance on things, you thought it best to try and get on their good side. You and Elijah got along great, and before long, you were introduced to three other members of the Mikaelson family.
First you met with Rebekah, along with her sweetheart Marcellus Gerard. It only took about an hour and a half for you and Rebekah to being well on the way to kindred spirits. You never had a friend like her before, seeing as you never really had any friends before her. The next time that you got together with Rebekah, Elijah also accompanying the two of you, you were briefly introduced to Kol before he left, apparently in a hurry. From all your time with the Mikaelsons, you had a feeling that Kol wasn’t very fond of you.
You spent a good bit of time with Rebekah and Elijah over the next week or so, always hearing them talk of another sibling, but had yet to meet him. Though you finally got to meet this man at the Christmas party that your new friends had invited you to. There, you met the infamous Niklaus. You immediately became infatuated with him, against almost every instinct you had. This was the man that had Katherine Pierce so up tight- and from all of the rumors that were spoken in hushed, frightened tones, this man was something comparable to the devil himself.
