—☀︎ backstory ;; Althea was born and raised amongst the other kingdom’s executioners since it was outlawed for them to interact with the general public. The Shazorwyn family was well off since Althea’s mother is a daughter of a wealthy man but since she chose to have a secret relationship with an executioner; the family would only be reunited for hours at a time. Althea’s father was then forced to raise the young lady alone; if word came out that she was a product of the two, her mother would be punished. Althea learned everything she knew from her dad and once she turned 19, she would follow in her father’s footsteps.

Since executioners tended to not make a lot and Althea had to be more independent, on the side she would take assassination jobs in secret. She had become good friends with a local tavern owner (Egil), being allowed to use a backroom as an office for her illegal side job. Being an executioner had special perks, since no townspeople knew what she looked like the likelihood of her being caught was slim. Even then she could give them hush money. Althea is often the last person one would meet before their swift death.
