Introduction

When it comes to my role plays I stick to two main genres, fantasy and modern. They aren’t as mutually different as people believe either but I find either I’m writing a role-play involving demons, magic, and other fun treats or my role plays become a much more realistic, bdsm, taboo centered writing. When I talk about fantasy I do mean the typical ‘highland’ fantasy involving a medieval period, or just an entire world built up around the idea that humans aren’t the only species. My fantasy role plays are very heavy in the supernatural and the mythical. Everything from gods and demi-gods to demons, angels, vampires, wolves. As you expect this leaves me quite open to a range of role plays. Whereas with modern role plays I tend to enjoy scenarios involving every-day people or pairings that just lean towards the explicit and the forbidden.

Bondage, bdsm, mind-control, adultery, polygamy. I have oodles of muse for this genre whether it’s the consensual or the rape variety, incest or just strict master/slavery play. I’ve always been a dominant male. Extremely dominant, to a fault one might say, and it’s thanks to this that I’ve developed clear lines when it comes to what I want and don’t want from a partner. It also is the reason my pairings will typically have a clear distinction between the roles of the submissive and the dominant. As noted I enjoy writing length posts and I will gladly write more if my partner just wants to read it. However I do want my partner to give something back as well and while also giving quantity, I expect there to be little to no drop in the quality of their work. I’ve seen people put more quality into just a paragraph than some do into a page of response. Personally I find it necessary to mix the two to give my partner the absolute best response possible.

I’ve seen most people have a preference for ‘face claims’ and more realistic photos when it comes to their characters. As noted in my own profile I tend to deviate more toward the anime side of things but as of late I find myself using, and looking for face claims more often. I appreciate the ability to create your own characters image through words and description but there’s something about a photo that just speaks to me for ages. A good photo can go so far as to make or break a role play for me. Speaking of characters I just so happen to be a narcissist when it comes to my characters, I build them from head to toe. I give my characters backgrounds and personalities that I feel represent them to their fullest capacity. I don’t build them for the role play, I create the role play to represent them and their chemistry with others. As for my characters, as I mentioned previously I can implore any number of characters into a role play to suit its need.

I don’t mind playing multiple guys, or background characters. I actually find it more interesting when the role play isn’t just the detailed dialogue of two people but dozens. It builds up the world around them. Realistically if you’re playing a married woman, or a married man, there’s no simple way of skipping over the spouse’s dialogue. It’s there and it should be used to build up the relationship, or make the adultery feel more explicit or forbidden. I’m not exclusive to these two genres, or their sub-genres, and unlike most partners I’m more than willing to explore different ideas and come out of my comfort zone.
