Attack

He is about to be executed. They want to throw him in the open sea, currently eastern. Too far to dream to survive without help.
One crew member is pointing sword at him. He is tied and left without weapons nor any gadget. "I thought we would have done great things, find the greatest treasures. Who would have thought it would have ended up like this, my friends. Let me just ask why." He maintains eye contact with his traitor that doesn't find an answer and just gets closer to let him fall.
Max takes a look down and eventually jumps down by himself. Too bad that below, there was a boat, brought there by the few still loyal to him. They untie him and give him back his things.
Max stares at his old ship, narrowing his eyes. "Bunch of traitors. What do we do to traitors, my new first officials? Betrayal = death." The large ship before them, while they move away, begins to shake, more and more until it starts to break. "I prefer my ship under the sea than in their hands."

After a few days, they spot land and stop there to have some rest and find some supply, maybe find help too.
They make a camp near the shore and he is lied in the low water, half sat up, completely naked.
