Backstory: he was born or rather made to be a living powercell flr nuclear powerplants. It is hard to determine when he was actually born or rather made so guessing his age always has been a hassle. He worked at the Tschernobyl powerplant hence why the scientist gave him that name. As the disaster took olace his cell where he was being kept got torn open freeing him from this prison and going on his own way towards germany. His whole body emits energy yet nothing dangerous towards anyone else since his skin doubles as a protection for the oeoole around him. He was found by Marie his now stepsister who brough him ibto their home and their parents were quuck to take him in and adopt them as their own. Growing up in this family he quickly learned that the world wasn't just grey and dark he was shown love and care snd quickly bloomed more up learning new things to enjoy. As he finally got over the disaster and got back on his feet to work he took in a new job at a powerplant again as an energy cell only this time on his own conditions and with more safeties along with a regulated time schedule.
