Claudia grew up with her best friends Damian and Angelica. She spent a lot of time with Damian and she often stayed over at his house, watching movies until they would pass out together in his room. When his family decided to go back to Croatia at the pleading of his grandparents, Claudia was devastated. She had to endure most of high school alone She had been in a few relationships, not always choosing the best guys but maybe it was because she would always want Damian. She had gotten accepted to NYU for education, her love for children making her want to be get a teaching degree even though she wasn't sure if she'd actually enjoy working as a teacher. She had always loved to write books but she had always been told how she wouldn't succeed in that career and to pick something more realistic.

Claudia was finishing her last few days of university, wondering if she'd ever get out of the dull life she had made for herself. Despite her previous few relationships, she always thought of Damian, wondering what he was doing and if she'd ever see him again. They had lost contact, neither of them to blame since they were so young when he had moved away. Time got away from her and when her mom randomly left the family, she realized how lonely she really was in this big city. Claudia happened to walk into a gallery on her way home from class, noticing a familiar name as the artist's work on display. The moment he came up to her, welcoming her to the show, all the memories they had rushed through her and her heart was racing just from being close to him again.

Damian knew everything about Claudia. Her favourite food, her deepest fears and he could read her emotions as if she were an open book. Just before he left for his new home they shared a kiss. A kiss that would never even compare to any that she would have with anyone else. Now that she found him again, she didn't want to leave him ever. Wanting to spend every day together and sleep in his arms each night. Would some people think she was crazy for saying yes to his engagement just days after finding each other again? Probably but she is going to marry him and take on every bit of life's challenges together. She can not imagine losing him again, but can they find a way to venture through the challenges of his new-found fame, where women were all over him? Or be able to stay strong with his often travels for photoshoots around the world? She sure hoped so and she would do anything to make things work with him.
