Quirk Explanation: Nevermore is kinda like Hawks Quirk but unlike Hawks, his feathers are used via Embedding one into a host's body or clothing and uses them via mind control to either kill or cause trouble. the limit of how far the feather is from him is about 30 miles. He also uses the feathers to fly, sometimes even pickpocketing.

Appearance: Skinny pale man with jet black hair and wings in a very high-class shirt vest and slacks, with Glasses. He appears as a normal person with a wing quirk but is really just hiding in plain sight sometimes.
