Devil Fruit Description: lizard lizard Fruit model : red dragon king, a unique mythical zoan type devil fruit that allows the user to transform into a dragon, typically the color of the fruit determines what type of dragon the user becomes (mostly western style dragon but there are some that turn the user into eastern style dragons), legend has it that one specific type of this devil fruit even allows the user to swim even though devil fruit users have always reported never being able to swim again after eating any of the mystical fruit. Along with the typical elemental breath attacks in any form this fruit grants astonishing strength, stamina, speed and agility, improved senses, a healing factor and most impressive of all is whether in any of the three forms the user is given the ability to shrug off all forms of attacks all the way up to being able to survive a buster call with little more than a few broken bones, but one of the draw backs aside from the given down side of eating a devil fruit is that emotions are more intense and much harder to control, especially anger to the point of the user being mistaken as a proper demon without the proper mental stability

Bio: Captain Taldri had grown up admiring the people of the navy as his father and mother were both captains at the time, and as he spent his years along the men and women of the Navy, he learned many of their skills rapidly climbing the ranks, unfortunately the world was a cruel place for his mother and father were killed at sea shortly after he was granted his devil fruit powers, the story was originally that his parents were killed in the heat of battle with some powerful pirates but this would turn out to be a lie made by CP9 as a way to keep the powerful officer on a leash so to speak. After finding this truth out, Taldri would decide to retire, this of course was frowned upon and while sailing to his home the now ex vice admiral would have a buster call placed upon him where his ship was blown to pieced but Taldri would go on a rampage out of anger at the government and navy for taking his family away, this would result in the sinking of half of the ten battleships and the blood of hundreds on his hands and earning the nickname "The Bloody Demon". Taldri would go into hidding for the next few years as the bounty for 200,000,000 Berri bounty would be put on his head, when taldri would emerge from hiding after five years he would make his own crew with similar outlooks on life, creating the dragon pirates, and even finding his now wife Ivy Taldri who is his first mate of his crew
