He was deeply cut by a bayonet in his left leg while defending Yekaterinodar from the Whites. The scars on his face are from barbed wire and shrapnel. From shashka sparring, there are scars on his wrists and forearms, and a long cut on his chest.

• BACKGROUND •


Fedir was born in the city of Yekaterinodar, Russian Empire. He served in the Russian Caucasus Army during the Great War. He fought on the Bolshevik side of the Civil War. Years after that, Fedir received word that Mariya and Mikhail Abdulov were executed for resisting collectivization. Thanks to Stalin's Great Purge, Fedir quickly became an incompetent armchair general during the Winter War.
