Fallen wolf

Cold.

The burning sensation of her skin, tearing her from the inside out, consuming her entirety in flames. Everything smothered in ash, smoke, eaten by the embers of punishment for disobedience. Yet it wasn't the heat that bothered her. It was the icy cold touch that settled deep in the centre of her soul, freezing her heart in thay agonising beat that each thud branded chills against the burning flames. No heat could save her.

Fear.

Gnashing jaws upon her, biting at her mentality as she laid upon the ground. Consumed with the fallen impact, aching body lifeless against the paved floor. No wings to settle this fall, only the will of the hound groaned internally, too wounded and bruised to even expose itself to the world. Unfamiliar. Unknown. Unnatural. Panic wavers yet it is held at bay by despair. She couldn't be here. Death would be far more merciful.

Wounded.

Blood slinking along perfect skin, broken with the marks of her punishment before the fall. Punctured discipline of borderline cruelty, not caring on the sting or the screaming wounds that pleaded for mercy. Forgiveness. No, not her. Awake yet lifeless, dead to the world as her conscious mind fought to accept it. How could this have come to be? How? H o w?

Severed.

Disconnected from home, life, knowledge. The games begin to wind through her intelligent mind. A dangerous course of actions - death, blood-lust, all radiating from the white hot burn of anger and betrayal. Lost in a world of hurt, lost in a world where she didn't belong. She would soon uncover just what she was capable of.

Impossible.

Fragile in every root. Yet proud despite the ashened fur. Pearly eyes mark each move, shivered snarls echoing in the piercing of the night. No one could reason. No one could penetrate through tha mind. Broken in so many ways, her own soul ripped from her, her sanity lost somewhere in the fall. Delusional, chaotic, she simply became her own worst enemy.

And she revelled in its darkness.
