General personality:
She is a mute, unable to speak. So she’s become accustomed to expressing herself with gestures and body language, and in doing so has become good at reading the body language of others. Even so, she always keeps a notepad and pen on her person to write notes and messages on. Her silence combined with her introverted nature makes her initially come across as shy and timid, but she figuratively and literally lights up when discussing anything she loves or takes interest in. She has a remarkable level of patience but tends to be a little spacey sometimes, often staring at nothing and spacing out while getting lost in her thoughts.
Her hobbies mostly involve tinkering with whatever technology she can get her hands on, from pulling things apart to repairing and creating things. She also collects scrap, spare and discarded parts and electronics that can be used for her work or just kept as souvenirs.

Abilities:
She is able to generate an electric current from her body naturally. Only about enough to power basic appliances or give a startling zap, about enough to make one recoil but that’s about it.
Tinkering and creating little thingies and doodads since a young age has given her a knack for technology and helped her grow up into an accomplished engineer, and in so doing, has fashioned a unique set of weapons for herself.
Her weapons are two revolver-like handguns that function effectively like railguns, tiny metal pellets are fired at supersonic speeds using magnets powered by her ability.
Their secondary function is turning into a pair of tonfas, a 'regulator vent' covers the barrel and instead of firing bullets, the force of the pellet is redirected into bursts of air pressure that are directed in whatever direction she wants, to propel her swings or even her entire body.
when not in use they disintegrate and are 'stored' in bracelets that she rarely takes off.

Background History:
Not much is known about her, as she prefers to keep her past a secret. She shares the last name of a pair of prestigious scientists with as many admirers as they had competition. Mysteriously, they had reportedly perished in a catastrophic accident accident laden with thinly-veiled foul play.
All that is known is, she was picked up from homelessness and brought home by a sympathetic woman named Alicia after they had met during a run-in with trouble, and from there had forged a strong bond of trust.

Appearance (See image):
She weighs about 100lbs(≈45kg) and stands at 5’2” (≈157cm) with messy, short brown hair often housing a pair of red goggles and bright blue, white-pupiled eyes that glow in proportion to how excited she is. Her wide hips and generous thighs make up a petite, pear-shaped figure.
She wears a red button-up blouse with rolled up sleeves under a small white vest wherein she keeps her notepad/pen and some lightweight tools. Below that is a pair of short denim shorts, often worn unbuttoned and held up with black suspenders and loose socks adorn her legs over red running shoes.
