Bio: Blizza is the youngest child of King Cold and the younger sister to Cooler and Frieza. As a member of the Cold Family she presides over a sector of the North Galaxy. Blizza is far more lenient and less cruel than her brothers and father. She rules her troops through mutual respect and often grants them rewards for good service. However she is not to be trifled with and will kill and even destroy planets she deems a threat or has wronged her.

Her power rivals that of her older brothers though she is slightly weaker than they are, she is still more powerful than almost anyone in the known universe.
