Some say he lived two lives before ascending to the heavens... At least that's the rumours that spread due to him being the only angel known to have two sets of wings. He insists he was born into heaven due to having no memories of any life on earth, but others don't truly buy it. Some even speculate he had a life below the surface due to the name he recalled as his own...

Personality traits: Unconditionally caring to all life he feels deserve it. Sweet and gentle, not a bad bone in his body.
If they like you: He would die for you if he could.
If they hate you: Doesn't hate many... but those he does hate he doesn't even acknowledge they exist.
Impairments: Bit of a helping complex of sorts? Feels the need to help everyone even if it puts himself in harm's way.
Habits: Humming to himself while doing tasks, occasional daydreaming but wouldn't tell a soul what he desired.

~ Background ~

Theo remembers waking up at the golden gates with the only memory being of a kind-hearted womans one sentence to him... "Thogrunuk... you're my perfect little boy." He assumed such was his mother but... that's all he could remember. He had no memory of a life or his death, just that warm embrace and the soft voice.
He strived through the gates and everyone stared... he wondered why and looked behind him to see if anything was there, instead his vision was slightly blocked by two pairs of large white wings.

He was soon taken before the court of the divine who inquired him about where he came from, he was on no death lists and had no recorded life. He insisted all he knew was his name and from a truth sensor, this was confirmed. After much discussion, he was given a role and sent off... He now watches over the earth as a sort of... 'guardian angel'
While not permitted to save the lives of chosen souls, he was permitted to descend to newly passed souls seeking redemption to avoid damnation. Such was rare compared to those who leapt down to save people... but when such did occur he was the quickest to their side and always tried his best to assist those in need.

(Moved to Discord) Venus - He wanted to save her soul but the forces of the divine allowed her to be dragged to hell. Now he has a second chance, he shall not squander it. No matter what it takes.
