Born in the campo, Lucian enjoyed a simple upbringing until his fathers shady past caused his mother to head to the states to seek out a better life. Bouncing around the East Coast for a few years, the fatherless family found a home in the Lower East Side, a history Latino friendly neighborhood in Manhattan.

Like any other youth his age, Luc would often get into trouble but what seperated him from his friends (and enemies) is that he never got caught slipping.

This clean record netted him a chance to get out of the hood and join the Marines. Locked in for no less then two tours, his return home would see him once again mixing it with a bunch of old friends.

Eventually he would become a licensed private eye.
