Appearance: pale skin. Hair is black with white tips, and long enough to partly cover his eyes (think typical anime protagonist). Has heterochromia: his left eye is black with a scar over it and his right eye is white. Wears black everything, pretty much: shoes, pants, zip-up hoodie. His undershirt is white. His body is riddled with battle scars, his worst one being a deep looking claw scar that goes from his left shoulder down to his lower right abdomen. He also has a yin-yang seal on his back (read down below to find out why)

A bit of backstory: he was very weak when he was born of human parents. Doctors said he hardly had a week to live. His parents were desperate and prayed constantly to anyone who would answer. The ones who answered were the embodiments of light and darkness. They each gave their blessing to the baby, gifting him powers while also changing his outward characteristics (the eye color and hair) (not sure if I want there to be a condition for helping the baby or if it was just out of the kindness of their hearts. might depend on the rp). Because of his characteristics, he was teased a lot in school when he first went in, so he was homeschooled for most of life. On his 6th birthday, he went camping with his parents in the woods just outside of the city. They had a blast doing all sorts of fun activities, but that night, his life went to Hell. They were attacked by a demon. The demon was attracted to the power Danny held and when his parents tried to protect him, they were torn apart right in front of him. After his parents, the demon turned its attention to him and slashed at him, leaving the nasty claw scar on his chest. He did not know what happened after that, but he woke up the next morning bandaged up in the hospital. From that day on, people called him "Demon Child" because they found him unconscious near the bodies of his torn apart parents. All because he survived. Not only did he survive, but something dark has awoken within him. Feeding from his rage, Asteroth, a sort of persona of his powers, would use his rage to gain control over his body and bring chaos to the world around him. He wants carnage, blood, destruction. But he only gets a few moments of control before the yin-yang seal on his back activates and gives control back to Danny. Feeding off Danny's anger allows Asteroth to bypass the seal for a few moments.

Personality: he seems a bit cold and distant but that's mainly because people treat him like a freak. He owns a log cabin in the woods to be away from humans, and only goes to the city with his hood up, an eye patch over his right eye and a face mask with an oni design if he ever needs groceries. He is a skilled fighter and can hunt, but goes to get groceries if he feels lazy. If given time, he can be pretty sweet and caring. He can cook and knows how to play the violin. He prefers to play in the moonlight (because why not)
