1.) Please don't just message me "hi" or something along the lines and then dip, if you wanna write with me, then just suggest it or something and we'll go from there. What's the point of adding me if all you're gonna do is drop a "hey" and then never interact with me again dawg

2.) Somewhat an extension of the last thing, if you're gonna message me in the first place, make it at least somewhat obvious whether or not you're in character, it gets unnecessarily confusing otherwise.

This one's seriously important man, I swear this was the most frustrating thing. If the plot idea and virtually everything about it essentially came from you, please write the starter, don't pin it on me; if you don't have time to write it or something along the lines, that's fine, just let me know, but otherwise, write the starter for your idea. It just makes sense to me that the person who knows more about what's gonna go down should start us off, I don't know, but I'll deliver the same courtesy to you. If both of us contributed the same amount to coming up with an idea, then of course in that case it doesn't matter who writes the starter, but don't come up with this entire novel plot and then tell /me/ to begin. !

4.) Don't tell me what I should do with my own character, I definitely won't tell you what to do with yours. There's a reason you're writing with me and not just writing everything yourself.

5.) I don't care how short or long your reply is, just put some kind of substance in it--make it easy to work with. I don't care much about grammar or spelling and whatnot, it's fine as long as I can understand what you're trying to get across, just make sure whatever you're trying to get across adds something to the rp.

Really, I rarely even write with anyone else besides one person and I pretty much have yet to experience someone else decent! I really don't think any of this is asking much, but I've come across all of this way too often--it's the reason why there IS only one person I write with. (I swear I'm literate LMAO. Just don't be a d*ck dawg!)
