Backstory:
After the fall of the Berlin Wall Leon Nikolaev was forced to flee from Russia since his family and him would be soon hunt down by either the French, the English or the Americans. This was because Leon was a scientist who worked for the government and who had also worked for the President Gorbachev.
During the escape Laura Graham, Leon's wife, was caught, arrested, tortured and killed by spies who had been able to track them down. Now a widower and a single father of two, Levi (who was 9 at the time) and Lydia (who was 2), the man did anything and everything to be able to travel to the USA. In the year of 1995, the man and his children were finally given American citizenship. In order to accelerate this process Leon secretly performed a surgery on his daughter, implanting in her body the genes of a deer which lead to the growth of a pair of stems on the top of the girl's head. After presenting this strange "discovery" to the scientific community and turning Lydia into a lab rat, Leon found out that the traumatic experience had led her to burst out in rage every time someone called her odd, a freak or an abomination. After attacking a classmate, who had made fun of her at school, ripping of half of his cheek with her bare teeth and eating it up the girl became addicted to the taste of human flesh, therefore becoming a cannibal. As a highly respected member in the government and scientific community, Leon was able to allow his daughter to feed from the most evil and dangerous prisoners who would soon be on death row from prisons from all around the country, therefore never having to worry about her attacking anyone which, obviously, she secretly did.
