History and Identity
No one knows what Unmei’s early life was like before he was in his late teens and much of his past is shrouded in mystery. With no known family members and a fake name, he’s as dangerous as he is mysterious. Much like the infamous Jason,he began gaining attention and notice in the 13th ward, where he began expanding his territory and started killing other ghouls as well as humans. Not many people knew him at the time, but people who did spoke of his cold logic and pretty much sadistic nature. He’d always been the sort of person who walked a thin line between right and wrong, and all it took was one slight push to send him into the cruel, dangerous ghoul he is now. As time went on, his reputation grew and grew, naturally allowing him to become the ward leader of 13th and a huge target of the CCG. It was also rumoured that he cannibalised other ghouls in order to attain a Kakuja which is still incomplete. Aogori tree made an attempt to recruit him but he rudely declined, stating that he was a lone wolf and didn't need to be part of a stupid organisation.

Kagune
He currently has an incomplete Kakuja which he is in the process of completing. His Kagune is a Koukaku, which is the heaviest Kagune and acts effectively as a shield. However, he wasn’t satisfied with just his kagune and began to devour other ghouls in order to become more powerful.

Special Trait
Extremely High Rc Cell Count
This may not be looked at as a special trait to some people, but this practically means he can produce an absolutely massive kagune. Massive as in how big Noro's kagune was compared to Nishiki. He has a pretty high chance of obliterating a small army of Special Investigators if he knows how to use it.

Relationship with the CCG
To put it simply, the CCG wants him dead and he wants them dead. He is a large priority and are perhaps one of their most wanted ghouls, other than the Owl of course. They have rated him S, having seen his power and influence on other ghouls.
