To counter the famine, he promotes more volunteers to continue what the refugees from Earth never stopped doing: delivering supplies to the people in need, living in the remote villages.
He orders for all the displaced survivors from Shiirhuang to be moved in the new Palace until their homes will be rebuilt, moving all the Imperial Family inside the Sun Quarters, to avoid too many issues with management.
Haru is officially given the role of Imperial Doctor and sent to take the lead of the nursery, with a few doctors under her.
He also has to take care of the catastrophic international politics, with diplomatic actions to explain the other nations what exactly happened, stopping the war for good.
He aims to leave the court matters as last, especially what concerns the Imperial Harem that too was moved to the Spring Palace of course.
And oh right, he has even another kid and he has absolutely no idea where she came out for. Ryuke better be ready to explain in details, once he recovers.

He stops as well and looks at Qing. He is surprised by his reaction. He must have his reasons to be scared... - he thinks. "Mama, are you alright? Breath deeply. Do you need some water?" He takes a quick look around, wanting to help but not knowing how.
Do I really give the impression to be a laid back and chill person? - he wonders. If so, he would feel really offended.
He looks at Qing, thinking he is just being an overreacting drama queen. He screwed up a billion times and the worst he got was to spend a night in a cell.
"Hand the Princess back to the nursery and accompany the Second Prince to the Sun Quarters, please." Aiming to go to meet with LianBi, guessing it might take a while if he is busy.
Very shyly, he places a hand on Qing's back, starting to walk towards the nursery.
Once there, Haru notices right away and runs, taking the baby. "Thanks... good job, Yoshi. Mama is alright?"
He blinks and gives Qing a glance. "He will get better, umma. We have to go to the Sun Quarters now... I will come back to help you as soon as I can!"
Mama is basically a zombie, except he is probably paler than one.
"Mianhamnida..." he murmurs in a very low tone, while glancing at HoneyBud.
Sometimes he wishes he could have an as simple relationship with his family like every normal person... the problem though, is mostly in himself and all the psychological damages he received by the people who raised him making him think he is lesser to his brother and to his father.
Haru hands the baby to the nanny, to make her eat, then looks back at the two, which look so down. "What happened, exactly? Answer me, are you both alright?" She crosses her arms.
"I am...umma. Even HoneyBud should be fine. I...I think mama only needs a moment to relax..." He hesitantly pats his back. "Do you...want to go already?" He looks at Qing.
