Many clans of Vampires exist, a fact the general populace of the world is fairly ignorant to. Some clans are more akin to warriors, and others are naturally more inclined towards magic. The Nosferatu would fall into the latter category. Despite their beast like appearance they are quite elegant, and one of the oldest and most powerful clans. Whoever, their beast like appearance also comes with beast like habits. Where most vampires can stave off feeding for weeks, if not months, if they avoid using their vampire abilities, or can simply feed on animals, the nosferatu require a constant intake of humanoid blood to avoid entering a frenzied, feral state.

The nosferatu can also bend their change aspects of their body, to a degree. They can sprout wings from their backs, or turn their fingers into claws capable of damaging even Dragons. But their power always has a price. While many vampires are simply weakened in the light, they would be killed in a matter if seconds if exposed to it.
