Joyce is one of the dance instructors at Maknae Dance Studio, along with taking part of his own gigs and projects separate from the studio. Joyce can sometimes come off as vain and self-centered, though he usually does have the right intentions at heart. He loves seeing his students grow and develop, and he himself participates in multiple dance competitions and projects. He also loves giving his friends makeovers, as the shopping mall could be considered his second home.
