She fell on her knees, in tears. She was obviously hurt. Deidara aimed to approach to help but heard: "She is there! She killed my friends! Arrest her quickly!" The runaway returned, with an IG. Seeing the scene, she was taken away.
Deidara decided to go to the IG hq to tell what he saw even if there were enough points on her favour already as she was surrounded and she was wounded herself. With Deidara's testimony, she got quickly released but soon he and the IG figured out she was extremely young and without a family. With the new rules on the matter, they didn't let her go. Only 15 years old.
