Heroes have to wear specialized bracelets that prevent them from being able to use their quirks (left up to whoever rps as dabi)
Starter 2: dabi is a mafia boss/don that gains an obsession over izuku after they cross path (left up to whoever rps as dabi). He eventually has izuku brought to him after ensuring that a quirk blocking bracelet (what kind/appearance will be left up to whoever rps as dabi) is put on him.

I decided to make a different rp based off of the picture included then the ones I've been seeing with it.

Starter: tomura encounters deku (will be 18-24 years old) either at his job OR after he drops off paperwork for school to be a first responder/nurse (will leave that choice up to whoever's rping as tomura) and becomes obsessed with him after that meeting (THIS IS WHERE THE RP WILL START FROM). Tomura is a mafia leader (league of villians OR otherwise will leave that up to whoever's rping as tomura,) he has Izuku kidnapped and a forced marriage occurs between them shortly after he's brought to him. Deku does try to escape several times after being brought to tomura and the forced marriage happens though he's not allowed to know how much has passed since he was kidnapped. Deku can either share a room with tomura,have a room beside tomura's,one on the same floor as tomura's,etc (I'll leave that up to whoever's rping as tomura).
