Marshall Stallard, Cold Survivor

~ Name: Marshall Allan Stallard

~ Nickname(s):

~ Alias(es): Runner, Icarus, Spring Heels

~ Species: Human

~ Gender: Male

~ Sexuality: Heterosexual

~Age: 26

~ Birthday: March 16th, 2002

~ Appearance: Marshall is a fairly slim man, standing at around 5’10”, and weighing around 178. He has a slightly tanned skin tone, long, raggedy black hair, and a bit of unkempt facial hair. His eyes are a beautiful ocean blue, and his facial features contrast this beauty with ruggedness. He has several scars across his face, and his torso, all from varying sources. Marshall has a tattoo on his left arm, right before his shoulder- A crow's feather, halfway up the shaft, the vanes turn into smaller crows that fly up over his shoulder.

~ Personality: Outright, Marshall prefers to stay quiet, unless he’s required to speak up. He’s very warm, and welcoming to most people, caring for them like his own family, though he knows as much as anyone that anyone can be taken at any moment. Unfortunately, he would gladly sacrifice himself it meant someone would get to live. He’s adopted a very selfless personality due to recent events, to be disclosed… However, he has a more aggressive beast lurking beneath the surface… If he, or someone he cares for, is threatened, he will not hesitate to do whatever it takes in order to protect himself or his loved ones, even if it ends in his own demise, or the death of whoever crossed him.

Cecil Cantium, Heir of Light

Age: 23
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 145 lbs
Sexuality: Straight

Key Features:
Unnaturally golden eyes; Scar over his left eye, running from the center of his left cheek to and inch above his eyebrow.

Bio:
Cecil Cantium, or rather Cecil Everett as he held no claim to the Cantium line, is the bastard child of Hatori Cantium and Silva Gyui. Silva was a woman of the streets, working out of a house of ill-repute. Hatori, being the typical noble, had a small affair with Silva, and from this sinful session would come the bane of their existence. A Son, born with Golden Yellow eyes. Silva knew immediately how she might use this to her advantage, blackmailing Hatori with threats to expose the man to his family and to the King. Being the head of one of the High Houses, Hatori could never hope to openly challenge this woman. So, he would pay Silva, to keep her silent. After seven years, the treasury would notice the odd billings from Hatori, and launch an investigation. Eventually, it would be found via receipts that Hatori was siphoning money from the kingdom to pay off the mother of his bastard child. To save the Cantium House from total dishonor, Hatori agreed to step down and elected his son Indus his replacement. His reputation ruined, a prisoner in his own House, Hatori was no longer useful to Silva, and thus neither was her spawn. So, she threw him into the cheapest orphanage she could find, and ran off.

Cecil would spend the next ten years in hell. The other children would torment him for his appearance, for being the son of a whore, for any reason really... The headmistress was no better. She carried around a long wand meant to beat children for being bad, but being bad meant something as simple as letting dust collect on a piece of furniture. Using this to their advantage, the other children would often cause a ruckus and blame it all on Cecil, or break something of the Madam's and blame Cecil, for which he would be severely beaten... To this day, his back is marked with the scars, painting a brutal picture of his time there...

Once he turned 18, he was legally no longer obligated to stay in the House, so he'd pack what little he had and run. Without purpose or money, Cecil would simply wander. Until the day he met Gaia. An older man, and the last user of an ancient form of magic. Gaia took pity on the boy, and offered to shelter him, and teach him what he knew, to better prepare Cecil for whatever lay ahead of him. For the next two years, Cecil would go through extensive, grueling, agonizing training. Learning first to wield martial weapons, then to summon them. Gaia would elaborate on the origins of this magic, saying that it was born of something Divine, a magical art once used by Angels centuries ago, during the war to save Humanity. It was said that they could summon great weapons of Divine Light, and this art, known as Armiger, was a mere mockery of that.

For reasons unknown, Cecil struggled to use this magic. He'd manage to mark objects with his seal, and they would disappear, but he could never summon them back... Further, Gaia stated that every Armamancer could use their soul to form their True Weapon; a physical representation of their soul, and their experiences. It would evolve and reform as the Mage grew stronger... but Cecil struggled with this as well.

Until the day the Marauders came. Being outside of a major city, and no where near any villages, Gaia's farm was a prime target. No longer able to defend himself, and Cecil unable to fight due to being severely outnumbered, Gaia perished and the farm was razed... Forced to once again run, Cecil would find himself face to face with fate once more. This time however, Fate would change his life entirely.

Ramori Bretale (Star Wars OC)

Age: 22
Race: Human
Height: 5’10”
Weight: 110 lbs

Key Features: Blaster scar on his right eye (iyk Zuko, that but smaller scale), trails a little back around his head, cutting into his hairline. Right eye is essentially dead. His remaining left iris is a soft Forest Green. (For the rest of his appearance, see attached photo~)

Background: Farming. Since Ramy could walk, he was a farmer’s son. Born on Lothal, Ramori was a raised to take over his fathers farmstead. Eventually, a passing Jedi would mark him as a potential Padawan. At this point, Ram was merely 8, and his parents were hesitant. Eventually, Ramori’s master Gorenn Binn, managed to convince the boy's parents that he would be taken care of, and would likely one day return to them.

For the next 5 years, Ram would show remarkable skill in learning both Saber combat techniques and traversal of obstacles. Gorenn believed that a Jedi needed to be both steadfast and quick on their feet, so he taught his Padawan exactly that. Stand firm against the enemy, and move like the wind. However, despite his skills, Ramori struggled learning to use the Force. It wasn’t until his Fourth year as a Padawan that Ram finally managed to simply levitate smaller objects.

However, Ramori’s life would take a drastic turn, as while leaving Coruscant after a visit with other Jedi, the clone commander stationed on the Venator Pathfinder Eclipse would receive orders from the Chancellor, executing Order 66. The chaos that ensued aboard the Venator eventually led to Gorenn being left behind on the ship, as Ramori took his fighter and escaped.

In the Nine years that followed the Great Purge of the Jedi Order, Ramori found a way to lie low on the planet Tatooine, as a bartender in Mos Eisley.

~ Rules ~

Yep, rules are unfortunately important. You think most of these things would be common knowledge by now, but suppose not XD Anyway, here goes:

1.) You add, you talk - The simplest, yet most common issue. I'll 9.999 times outta 10 message first if I add you, so I expect the same courtesy. As an addition, I do not do well with "Hello, hope we can RP." I'm a very particular social creature, the easiest way to indicate to me that you have no interest in the finer details of our relationship as writing partners is giving me the most bare-bones, dullest hook message- and if I feel like we don't click, I will just remove you. Apologies, but that's how it be.

2.) Our Relationship - As writing partners, I /expect/ some manner of rapport between us OOC. Arguably, the best stories are written between people that vibe and mesh well. While our OOC relationship is not a priority over the stories we make, I will make an attempt to establish some manner of rapport with you. This also means I keep my list very, very small- in order to foster an environment where I can be more personable with each of my partners.

3.) Length of Time between posts - As an extension to the previous rule, but an altogether different rule, the length of time I look for between posts is anywhere from 30 minutes, to a few hours. I find it difficult to cope when I'm super into a story, and my partner's average post time is longer than 24 hours... This is purely due to my predisposition to get really into the stories I right XD Most often, I can handle it, but anything longer than 24 hours gets a no from me.

4.) Removal, at my discretion - This rule feels simple, but I'll elaborate. In order to keep my list small, as mentioned in Rule 1, I reserve the ability to remove people as I see fit. Whether that be a lack of connection, a vibe check you failed, or you've suddenly stopped replying to any manner of message. While I /am/ here to Roleplay, I'm here to make friends as well. I want to write /with/ those friends. I apologize if this particular rule makes me out to be a prude a-hole, but it's simply how I choose to operate :/

- First, if you've not read my page, or my rules. I will know, and unless we click nearly immediately, it is grounds for nigh instant removal.

- If you've gone several days without replying (IC, or OOC), I will give you a poke, remind you, or ask if you're alright and need some time. I'm a very understanding birb, if you need time PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me. Burn out, busy IRL, not liking where the RP has gone, all valid reasons to reply, but I ask that you please let me know, and we can adjust accordingly. Communication. Is. Key.

- If you've given me nothing in terms of a greeting message, or I'm carrying the conversation or RP discussion. This is the easiest way to get removed. Sorry not sorry, I do not carry convo's well, and I despise zero-engagement.

(I may add to this section as I see fit. Leaving it for now, in the interest of getting these out.)

5.) If you're reading this, tell me /your/ favorite birb, mine's the raven o3o

6.) NSFW - let's get what I will NOT do out of the way, right away: Bathroom stuff, nxcro, pxdo, violence, vore. There's more, but this feels like the most basic stuff. I'm a kinky guy, but I do not cross the line into Taboo.

As for what I will do... Suppose you can ask, I'm not gonna jeopardize my account to say what I will do, because as WE ALL KNOW, this site is /not/ meant for ERP. *cough cough*.

7.) Discord - I'm gonna say what most don't: this site did /not/ age well. As a means to meet writing partners, it excels with flying colors. However, it is not a great place to write actual RP. Once we get deep in the trenches of story discussion, I may be willing to move over, but I gotta like your vibe first. So ye.

I believe that's it... I may add to this, but for now, I think we're good ^^
