Rules
1) Please Please PLEASE No Minors, no one <18. Are you TRYING to get me in trouble!? Not funny. Didn't laugh. Jeez.
2) I'm not bothered by response length but please put some effort in. Don’t be intimidated by my length but as long as you include your character’s body language, thoughts, and such during a post, that should be plenty to work with.
3) Don't God mode, let me control my characters. Hinting at what you'd like to happen or where you'd like our roleplay to go is okay. E.g. "She wanted him to offer him this dance and take her hand."
4) I'm a certain type of account if you catch my meaning. That being said, I'd prefer if the roleplay wasn't centred around that certain type of roleplay but led up to it. If you're not into that certain type of roleplay at all, this account isn't for you.
5) Don't rush to the certain type of roleplay mentioned in rule no.4. As I said before, let's build up to it.
5) I have a life outside of this website please respect that and understand I can't always be online when you want me to. I'll tell you before I leave and I expect you to do the same. If you just disappear without saying "Hey, I need to be somewhere else right now. Can we pause?" or the like, of course I'm going to think your account is dead. If you take over 24 hours to respond, I will bump you. I will continue to bump you every 2 days after that until it’s been a week. After a week I will unadd you unless you’ve talked to me beforehand.
6) If I'm doing something to make you uncomfortable or you feel I could be putting more effort into my responses, please tell me instead of just disappearing. I'll do the same, if you're doing something to make me uncomfortable or I feel you're not putting enough effort into your responses I'll tell you. No means no, If you persist in making me uncomfortable you will be removed.
7) I'm trying to write in the third-person perspective but sometimes I forget. While I can write in the first person, it was feeling more intimate and too personal to me and I would prefer to avoid it. Let's try to remember that this is fantasy, I don't want us to catch any real feelings for each other.
8) I prefer writing with proper grammar e.g. "The day was calm except for the drone of planes taking off and landing and some indistinct chatter around the place. George was in the mess hall, enjoying his paper and morning coffee while listening to the radio "Morning Ginger" chirped his co-pilot as he entered the mess hall "Mhm." George responded in a mumble and with a dismissive wave, his attention deep in the article he was reading." instead of asterisks or brackets and open speech e.g. "(*action*) speech".
9) I’m not very strict on grammar or spelling. However, it’s annoying to read constant posts with no punctuation, capitalization, and constant spelling errors. I’m not asking for perfection, but a basic use of these things is always appreciated.
10) Don't force my characters to be anything they aren't. No, I'm not going to play my characters but make them straight or play my characters but make them women. I understand however that not everyone wants to do a vintage WWII pilot romance so George's occupation is adjustable also character ages are adjustable to fit the roleplay, say if we're doing my Runaway Friends, City Boy and Country Girl, Senior Prom or Exploring With My Step Sister plots but other than that, no adjustments.
11) No I’m not interested in dating in real life out of character, please stay friendly, no flirting or being creepy or asking me if I want to see pictures. This has happened to me so many times, so please be respectful! I don’t mind making friends but THATS ALL it’s going to be.
12) Please don’t just send me starters! Talk to me OOC first about everything. Your comforts and triggers, your likes and dislikes, what kind of plots you enjoy, if you see a plot of mine that you like, the character of mine you want and discuss what we're going to do before starting!
13) I do roleplay on Discord and Telegram, if you prefer that over on here then ask for either username.
14) You request, you talk first. I am not a friends collector, I am here to make great stories.
15) Do not spam.
16) Don't be a bigot. Simple. Talk to me nice or I’ll block you. If you are gonna be hateful, remember you don’t own me or are owed a response. I will remove/block you without exception.
That’s all I can think of right now, if you have any questions the site has this neat feature that allows you to ask me things.
