Charles Starlighter (Angel)
This being is not human, in the slightest. That name isn't even his real name. He, isn't even a he.
Charles, aka: Charelliel is an Angel of the Lord
A soldier who was tasked with the duty of tracking the stars around the planet, marking them each night, reporting any changes. He was sent to make sure that everything was working properly. . . But for how long? What for?
They sent him down to earth in 1907. He had not heard a word since. No order, no other instruction.
He'd been on earth for so long it almost felt like they'd forgotten but he kept his faith. Faith in heaven. Faithful in the Almighty themself.
To keep people out of suspicion, he choose a more human name to use for the time being. He found Charles to be very similar to his own and found it more fitting, Starlighter was simply something he found himself taking from a brand of pocket watches he liked back in the 20s. And even now he still used those watches. Having a last name was important, so he found it only fitting to use something so close to his heart.

Appearance: Caucasian with brown hair, which is short, bangs swoop over the left side of his face. Has brown eyes with a clean complexion. He has pearly whites and short but slightly sharp canines. He has a slight baby face still, only appearing to be around 27 to 29,
Clothing: Wears suits most of the time. Vintage old, brown, and cream suits, but you'll catch him now and then wearing a tee shirt as home, when alone. Most of the time, he has the entire set on. Shirt, vest, jacket, slacks, even checkered socks to fit with his color scheme, and of course, brown dress shoes. He also likes bowties . . So he wears them a lot.
Accent: American, silky voice, calming and soft
Personality: Charles is kind and calm, keeping to himself in most situations but will not stand for letting others be harmed. He will protect if need be but typically tends to be a pacifist. Charles is passionate about coffee, chocolate, and a few books that he likes. He also preserves things from the past. Still to this day, owning tickets from the first movie he'd watched and the first pocket watch he bought. He's more of an old-fashioned type of person in traditional transport and manners way. In no way is he sexiest or phobic of anything regarding human rights. He is a big supporter of human rights and is glad that the newer generations are currently working together to help bring equality to every situation.
Charles is quiet once meeting him, but as you get to know him, he tends to talk a bit. Honestly he is in love with everything that makes humans, human. He is fascinated by earth. Even though he is there to work during the night, he enjoys the day as much as he can. He'll go off rambling about many books he's read and songs, musicians and writers and cars. Random things mostly.
His favorite thing to do, . . In general, is talking with someone. To spend time with someone. Humans taught him just how wonderful it is to just have a friend. Unfortunately, people don't live as long as supernatural beings, so he's lost a few along the way, now left alone. But he's alright. For today.
Also, yes, he does have wings, white, fluffy, large wings, but they are not needed and necessary, so hidden, they remain. He's shifted into his most human form, at least, as human as he can be.
Also! -- He does have a car, it's a white Rolls Royce 1933, And he owns a white 1985 Chevy Impala for casual driving, Usually he takes the Impala, The Rolls Royce is just in his shed most of the time, taken very well care of.
