Shylo was taken by Hydra at the young age of 13 for 2 reasons. 1, she was the daughter of Tony Stark and they wanted to know what she knew. 2, she was a literal genius and they needed her expertise. Before she was taken, she was just a normal kid...or well, you know, as normal as she could be with her dad being who he was. While she was in captivity, she was experimented on, injected with an updated super soldier serum that doesn't change your appearance but does heighten your abilities and senses, and was transformed into the perfect soldier, much like Bucky Barnes. She was rescued by the Avengers 4 years later at the age of 17. She was a different person, but she tried her best to act like the girl that her family (the Avengers) once knew. She's still struggling to remember her past before Hydra. The only thing she truly remembers is her personality. But everything from her time during Hydra? She remembers it all.
