Abandoned by ex in the middle of night

Out driving around while breaking up with my newly to be ex. I am not watching where he is driving.
When he realizes it's over he is upset. He either drops me off on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere or in the inner city infamous violent drug neighborhood without my purse, ID, phone, or money. He drives off. It's 3am.
