My Notifs Aren't Coming Thru

My notifications have stopped coming through since yesterday. I've turned off and on my notifs on both here and my phone, and I still haven't gotten any notifications for messages or anything. Not really sure what to do next to fix it. Someone know what to do to fix it??? Or having similar issues???
