Meet Cassian, his quirk is amazingly powerful and diverse....however he wont use it. With a backstory similar to Shigaraki, expect he wasn't rescued, it gave birth to a depressed personality. He lives, and he wont just "give up" but every day is grief and pain. People only want to get close to him to use him for his power....so he wont show it, he doesn't want to be used.

Will you be his friend, or his enemy?

the story, in simple terms, is about a city where everyone has a "power" and when you defeat someone (knocking out or killing) you can take one of their powers, and as you get stronger, there is a "Ranking" system
