~ Hello, thank you for your interest in this idea of mine. It is a story I have been wanting to do. Historical Western Romances happen to one of my favorite's but it is hard finding people with similar interest so please enjoy the small idea/description below. Hope to speak with you! ~ Spontaneous

Aspen 'Junebug' Jones grew up around animals her entire life. From milking cows to branding them she learned everything she could from her grandfather, Henry Jones. While most girls preferred to have their nails done, hair colored and nice clothing, Aspen would shop in thrift shops and use box dyes for her hair. She was in every way a 'Tom Boy', or as she liked to be called 'Ranch Hand'. After her Henry passed she took the money from the inheritance, going onto the rodeo circuit with her four best horses. That was a dream to her.

---> So we can start the roleplay with the two characters meeting on the circuit or Aspen returning back to the ranch she left behind, hiring ranch hands for help since it became so run down after four years of neglect.

Gracelynn 'Angel' McCoy is looking for a new life outside the seaside bay of Boston, Massachusetts. The foggy and stale air with depressing weather was more than she could take. At twenty two she was suppose to be married, not a spinster in the crowded city. Spending her days at a laundry service she longed for a life free of debt and the ability to see the blue sky. So, when the chance to leave the depressing life of hers, she snatches it. Now she is arriving at wagon cavern, looking for her stranger of a husband.


--> The idea of the plot is for Character A to request a Mail Order Bride, and Gracelynn applies to the ad. However Character A selected a different bride but the order office confused everything and sent Gracelynn instead.

Now remember this during the early 1800's during the expansion. This will have to follow all social norms. Ex; Marriage before sex. Now, red hair like Gracelynn's was unique due to her Irish heritage, but it also put a target on her back as they are not liked during this period. While she is American born, her red hair is viewed as bad luck. So Character, no matter how sweet, would be against having Gracelynn as a wife, but she convinces them its a silly Ol' Wives tell.

Now we can add to the story with Gracelynn having a child which would look like the child below, but if not then thats fine.
