Apocalypse two ways

Zombies. They're pests, and everyone agrees on that point. But how to fend them off effectively, nobody knows. A fatal virus had escaped from a high security lab in Russia, surprising the European and Asian continents first. It took up to a week to notice any symptoms, so many people had gotten to other parts of the world, slowly taking over without anything stopping them in the slightest.

A former CDC specialist, had been travelling as far away from society as she could, all on her own for half a year by now. It was safer like that, at least so she thought. It didnt take longer than 6 months to find another survivor, in bad condition. The man was severely hurt and could die within hours unless she tried to save him, which she tried her best to do and succeeded. But as they do their best to survive and find a way to maybe even thrive, feelings arise. It'll be a bumpy road to safety, but why? Because of love or hate?
