Anybody else encountered DOM-D?

I’ve been on the site for 7 years through this account and another, and I’ve had too many encounters with a user who goes by DOM-D. I’ve reported him every time, and he just keeps making new accounts. He tells a story about a little girl from a rural area (usually age 4-7) who wants to be sexually involved with him, and his female partner encouraging it. It’s absolutely sick.

I just want to know if I’m not the only one?
