SIMS 2
Why doesn’t anyone talk about the sims 2 anymore these days? Do you guys want to hear more about the lore? I would be interested in sharing stories about the lore of sims 2 and having everyone listen to me. Let me start with some tales about the curious family.
Curious -
Alright, so for the Curious family, residing in Strange Town, we mainly have four main siblings (they're more but it will get complicated if we go into that right away). The four siblings are Jenny Smith, Pascal Curious, Vidcund Curious and Lazlo Curious. Now you may be wondering why does Jenny have a different last name? It's because she is now Married to Pollination Tech #9 who calls himself Pollination Tech Smith. The strange thing about Pollination Tech #9's involvement in this family is that besides being Jenny's husband, Pollination Tech #9 impregnate Jenny's father along time ago which gave him Jenny's half siblings the alien twins Lola and Chloe. So Pollination Tech #9 is Jenny's husband but also her half siblings' father.... which is disturbing. Anyway, Jenny currently lives a "normal" life with Pollination Tech #9 and their two children. The alien teen Johnny and the normal human Jill.
Now we can move onto Pascal, he's another interesting sibling in the Smith family. He is Jenny's brother, now when you start the game with him, he is pregnant. So he has already been abducted and pollinated by another member of Pollination Tech society (not Pollination Tech #9 as he has retired after marrying Jenny). Pascal lives with his two brothers Vidcund and Lazlo.
But also.. Pascal has quite an intimate friendship with none other than Nervous Subject. Now another interesting thing about Pascal is the fact that his memories have him being rejected by Circe Beaker. Who is Circe Beaker? She's the wife of Loki Beaker. They're both mad scientists but they also both happen to be Nervous Subject's adoptive parents. However, they both experiment on Nervous Subject, something the whole town is unaware of, except now there's a chance Pascal knows from how close he is with Nervous Subject. Pascal eventually gives birth to his baby Tycho (the alien baby) as you play along in the game.
Now another funny thing is, the other two brothers, Vidcund and Lazlo are best friends.
However Vidcund also has history with Circe
Beaker as they were dating for a long time until she left him for his scientist rival Loki. All three Curious brothers are scientists living together by the way. When you're playing with another household, if you get them to use the telescope during the day, Vidcund Curious will come to your lot to shove and beat up your sims. It's because he's the first playable sim in this town, and apparently gazing into the telescope during the day is illegal because it seems like spying.
Bonus info: In the sims 2 PSP game (which
SLAPS btw), Vidcund actually sells Pascal's (his brother) baby, Tycho, so the money would fund his secret science project.
Lazlo is the least dramatic in the entire family.
He's the youngest, but he's the highest ranking scientist. He doesn't have any rivalries or enemies with other scientists. The only thing he has going on for him is unrequited crush for Crystal Vu (loser with no story or lore or family).
