Role Play Rules To Follow
1. While I enjoy Role Play, I'd like to stress the importance of being somewhat fluent in English when engaging in RP interactions with me. English is my one and only language, and while I am capable of understanding broken English, it will be a jarring task to handle while trying to creature post-worthy writing for my Guests.
2: Only those age 18 and older may friend, and message me, and it's also mandatory that you're a legal adult by American standards and law if you plan to engage in Role play with me.
Trying to shove a form of a loophole in my face will result in you being blocked.
3: Don't message me and go straight into the roleplay. Please take the time to read the rules and set up a plot with me.
4: Bare in mind that Role Play is role play. If at any point while in character, I express a dislike towards your character in any way, please don't take it as a personal attack against you. I'm only playing the personality type. If you are somehow offended by something I've said or done, feel free to message me OOC about it. But I'd prefer to avoid any form of drama if possible.
5: Having a role play with someone is a two-person job. I don't want to find myself doing the majority of the writing and guiding the story alone. I simply request that the story doesn't end up one-sided and all about me. I also expect the story to also not end up being all about you. If this needs more clarification, please feel free to message me on the subject.
6: If you get bored, don't hesitate to let me know. It won't hurt my feeling. I'd prefer to stop while I'm ahead rather than drag out a boring experience. If you desire to have a different story with me instead, please feel free to bring up the idea to me. I'm always open to input and thoughts. If you decide you no longer want to RP with me, then that's fine as well. Simply inform me of this decision, and I'll be sure not to bother you again.
7. Please do your best not to be a creep. I am not on this website to find love. I'm only here to write with like-minded individuals, make friends, and learn from the experience. I don't mind anyone being a bit flirty, but please don't catch feelings for me, as I will not return them. You will be warned once, then you will be blocked.
8: Be sure to read my rules and don't skim them over. I will only give you a single pass of "I didn't know," as I know in the modern day, we tend to skim over large amounts of text rather than read it in depth. But a second violation won't be tolerated. I'll explain to you what you've done wrong, and the Role Play will end. Failure to follow any of these rules are the fault of your own.
9: I am not an aggressive person, but something that will piss me off enough to the point of considering murder is if you try to control my OC/Original Character. Do not control what my OC says, think's, or does under any circumstances unless it was agreed upon OOC/Out of Character head of time. This includes their death if the story ever leads to that. If your OC has the power of mind control then please get my permission OOC before performing any form of action against me with it. If you want to control my OC for something, ask me first.
10. I'd like to request that you refrain from adding me if you do not plan to engage in decent conversation or start a Role Play together. I'm not fond of having a long friends list of individuals I know literally nothing about and have never interacted with.
11. Please remember that I have a life outside of the internet. I will not always be available to Role Play as I work a 10-hour shift. If I realize that you begin to demand my attention, I will begin to ignore you until I work up the nerve to remove and block you. There may even be times that I popped online for a few minutes to check my messages, however, that does not mean I will immediately reply.
12. Please have manners and Common sense. If you become aggressive with me OOC/Out of Character for something unreasonable, I will not hesitate to remove and block you. Mental illness, PTSD, Trauma, and past experiences with other individuals "who aren't me" will not be acceptable excuses for being a general ass hole and a disrespected individual. I will not hesitate to get rid of you and I will not be gaslighted or guilt-tripped.
13. Please do not post to me single-word replies. Throughout my years of RPing, I've gotten responses like "Mhm, mm, yeah, M, Ok, Sure, etc." If you begin to give me one-word responses, I will end the Role Play. Please don't be that person.
14. Basic Role Play rules apply. Do not Power Game, Meta Game, God Mod, White Knight, or anything along those lines when engaging in a Role Play interaction with me. If you do any of these multiple times, I will end the Role Play. If you are unfamiliar with these terms, then feel free to look them up or ask me about them. I'd be happy to explain.
15. I am a homosexual Cisgender Male and will only ever play as such. Please do not suggest a scene, plot, or story that will require me to be otherwise. I am gay and I'm happy with that. Trying to force or suggest otherwise will result and you removal and being blocked.
