Celestine has a round face, ending in a pointed chin, with sharp and intense blue eyes. She has a pronounced figure and with her outfit, she likes to accentuate them as she is a true diva. Celestine technically has an array of outfits, fitting them to her needs. One of the things that remain consistent in all her outfits is a white bow on top of her head, going as her trademark. As her base outfit, she generally goes for short and flowy white dress with a blue corset. She has her flowy dark blonde hair flowing in the back, held back with her bow. On her back are two fluttery butterfly wings.

Weapons and tools:
Celestine doesn't generally uses weapons. She uses a microphone to enhance her musical and control-based powers. In times of need, like all Gods and Higher Celestial beings, she had a rod which can turn into a bow that she uses from time to time.

Power and magic:
Celestine can conjure any instrument and outfit she envisions to combine together. While she can change her clothes, she can't change her figure or face. Her hair is subject to change. More important to her powers is the inclusion of the control part. Using her music, she can change the mood of mortals and even get them to feel or think certain ways if they listen. She can soothe armies or raise an army to arms. She can also invade the mind of others and basically take over after a duration. The stronger willed the person, the longer it takes. As soon as she's in control, the control is limitless and without end. On the other hand, she can go for an immediate takeover, but people are able to fight it back and free themselves.
