Strength(s)/Power(s): Due to his family’s traditional beliefs, Viggo has been trained ever since he was able to wield a knife in the art of war and taught combative skills. Therefore, he is able to judge an opponent’s strength and use his fighting abilities to cut down his enemies. Most foes underestimate him because of his shorter height compared to other men, however, Viggo is able to surprise them with his flexibility and speed in order to eliminate them.
Weakness(es): Though Viggo is a lethal warrior in battle, he is typically stubborn and can easily be caught off guard if he is entirely focused on a particular individual. Considering how much of Viggo’s time is spent training or participating in conflicts, he rarely has enough time for any hobbies and simply adores the thrill of a phenomenal fight. However, if he does manage to acquire some free time, he is known to drink with his companions at the local tavern, listening to their tales of war and finding it oddly delightful to hear all the gory details. Otherwise, he can be spotted wandering around and merely exploring an area while he waits for his next job, more than likely hoping some foolish bandits would attempt to mug him so he could once more fight.

On November 18th, a new addition to the renowned and feared Ulfriksson family was born during a vicious storm in which Alrik Ulfriksson claimed was a wonderful sign for the newborn son, who was named Viggo which literally means battle and fight. The age of Vikings that terrorized Europe ended centuries ago and yet the Ulfriksson family were stuck in those old traditions of warfare despite the world changing around them. Instead of following their ancestors and becoming violent Vikings, they instead made their new occupation as mercenaries and every single son has been raised to become a mercenary ever since the Viking raids concluded. Viggo was no exception and thus he was forced to be educated about the art of warfare as well as be trained how to use a blade as young as he can recall. His earliest memory was him gripping a dagger and gazing at his reflection in the shiny steel, unaware at that time that it was a tool primarily used for murder nor could he have known how he would become a vicious killer himself.

Viggo was fortunately raised in a wealthy family, because of their success as mercenaries, and thus he had access to an entire estate that had a stable and a gorgeous garden. He loved to spend any of his free time outside roaming the estate and playing with his two older brothers, Sigurd and Garm. Both were relatively caring brothers yet Sigurd was kinder than Garm, who was always extremely satisfied that Viggo could never beat him at any game. Even when they trained together, Garm never allowed Viggo a chance for victory and would relentlessly beat him down with the training sword. Though Viggo was furious that he could never defeat Garm, it motivated him to train even harder than his brothers in order to one day achieve a win over his cocky brother. Still, they were close and would do essentially everything they could together, spending most of their days whenever they were not training going to a creek and messing around. Overall, Viggo’s childhood was the same as any Ulfriksson and he was lucky enough to have a rivalry with his older brother since it did in fact result in him being an excellent fighter.

As the years passed by, Garm left the family estate when he was eighteen in order to make a name for himself, following the Ulfriksson tradition, and told Viggo to attempt to catch up to him. The following year, Sigurd left and notified Viggo that he could do anything as long as he tried his best. After three more years had passed, it was finally time for Viggo to leave and make a name for himself as a mercenary in honor of the Ulfriksson name. His family said their farewells and he was practically thrown into the world which certainly had different ideals yet he was truly a fierce mercenary. Despite him being shorter than most men of the world, Viggo was known as one of the most violent mercenaries who could supposedly shred an entire battalion on his own. Some used the nickname, “Viggo the Short,” in order to mock him, and yet those who fear him label him as the “Crimson Warrior,” since most soldiers claim that he is typically stained with the blood of his enemies after a battle.

As for his present whereabouts, it has been roughly six years since Viggo left the Ulfriksson estate and resumes accepting any job that handsomely pays for his bloody services. Though he could return home by now since he is rather famous, he absolutely adores the thrill of a fight and feels incredibly satisfied whenever he uses his combative skills to eliminate another warrior. In fact, Viggo has realized that he feels most alive whenever he is risking it in battle and simply wishes to participate in further conflicts, not even slightly concerned about seeking a lover or returning home to visit his family. Viggo only has the desire to find other worthy warriors to battle and does secretly hope that he stumbles upon Garm one day in order to duel him once more.
