Bio: Born in Bogotá Colombia to a Colombian mother and an American/Mexican father, Santiago was a pretty standard kid. He did school, got good grades. When he was 15 he started selling some weed amongst his friends and he made a small profit.

When his close friend was killed in a gang dispute, Santiago charged into an apartment armed only with a blunt machete and his rage. The gangsters all burst into laughter at him, and they never took him seriously. The leader of the gang took him in, gave him a job as a coureer delivering and receiving anything he was told to take or give. Eventually he earned the trust of the main gangster and he got into a position where he was close to him at all times...one day in an incident that shocked Santiago...his boss was killed in a drive by shooting. The culprits, a rival gang whom got away...Santiago only aged 19 was left in charge and he beame known as the 'Jungle man' as he spent excessive time in his retreat in the Amazon rainforest where he would write in his Journal.

Now Santiago runs a very competitive cocaine and weed empire in Texas, and Jordan aka the Napalm Knight is his biggest competitor...the two are hostile to each other and are on the brink of a war.
