Backstory: Syn was born in Italy and spent there most of his life in the Deep South. A place he will always hold in his heart, but which he had to leave. He does not like talking about it and he never told anyone about why he left his home country. The young is was quite secretive about his past, except for his love for ‘home’.
Syn came from a wealthy family, to say the least. However, the money only came when he was older and he does not forget how quickly life improves the more wealthy you become. Since he moved to the US, he started calling himself 'Syn' and hardly uses his real name anymore. His past in general is a touchy topic and he might shut down rather than spill a word about it.

Personality: he always gives the vibe of being Snobby or uppity, since always. The young man, instead is actually rather shy. Syn was indeed often unable to approach or start conversations and listened more than he spoke. However, his elegant and eloquent manners along with his sheepishness often gave the wrong impression. At the same time, some of the things he lived through made him develop a genuine disgust against humans. And while he despises violence for it may imply having to touch others and their blood, he does not have a stark morality and will resort to it more often than not.

Tastes: extremely picky with food, Syn has a passion and obsessive care for what he eats. He loves cooking and could take up to 12 hours for a Sunday’s lunch meal. While inviting him over for dinner may be a pain, receiving an invitation from him is a bliss. In all manners of things, his taste is refined and annoyingly specific. But he never fails to offer things up to his own standards. From food, to hotels, to hospitality: he demands the best but also offers it.
Music-wise, he mostly listens to metal. But he has a broad interest in music, which often led him to be listening to classical, jazz, and other genres. He just never could stand club music/house and rap. He also is quite nerdy and is passionate about board games and RPGs.
