.. there's not a lot of information anyone could pry out of ningguang about her family. due to growing up
in an emotionally distant, strict, impoverished family, she rarely visits her mother -- her father had
passed when she was young due to sickness. anytime she's with her mother, though, she's reminded of
why she left in the first place -- the turmoil, the stress, the strictness. her mother calls her ah-guang and often
resorts to treat her like she's the same helpless child she used to be before turning a new leaf. she dislikes it.
ॱ⋅.˳˳.⋅˙ॱ⋅.˳˳.⋅˙ॱᐧ.˳˳.⋅ઇଓ
.. because of the strictness she grew up in, she's holding herself to similarly high standards
in her own household. she prefers clean surroundings, fresh air, and designs all of her living
spaces according to the rules of the feng-shui. she absolutely hates the lack of general cleanliness,
and is probably germophobic. washes her hands very often, and gets annoyed if she can't.

.. she's a decent cook. can whip up and prefers simple meals. loves to stroll yujing terrace
and is likely to accept any food offered to her. she rarely shares meal with others outside of
business meetings and dinners, but she does love watching other people eat. she definitely tries
to help those less fortunate by holding charities and programs that help the impoverished.

.. if placed into a survival setting, she'd 100% survive on her own. make it out alive no matter
the context. she'll catch the fish, she'll scale it, cook it. she definitely knows the edible berries
and herbs, since she spent her childhood gathering them. is very fond of different kinds
of plants and flowers, and might ramble about them if she's comfortable.

.. ningguang has really cold hands. originally, she was told it's probably because she's
spending most of her time in a cold environment (a floating palace among the clouds).
but no matter how warm she dressed up, her hands remained cold, so it wasn't just her body
trying to maintain proper body temperature anymore -- it is probably a condition she isn't
entirely aware of yet.

.. she can't handle her drinks at all. she's a lightweight through and through; will be seen
holding the same glass of wine or champagne throughout the entire night, since she prefers to
chat or class over drinking. after a few occasions of throwing up due to drinks, she just completely
gave up on it. (she will do it nevertheless to "impress" her counterpart from time to time.)

.. loves pet-names more than she's willing to admit. is likely to melt if called endearing names
like darling, dear, honey. also exclusively enjoys some nicknames from beidou like,
my moon, my treasure, and my love.

.. her relationship is very complicated with yelan. they've been friends a long time,
and even more for a shorter period. it was obvious early on that a relationship would
not work out between them due to both of their rigorous schedules, so they decided in unison
to think of themselves as more casual than serious -- and it worked wonders. they've spent
careless times together often, found ways to unwind and relax in each other's company, not
to mention the emotional bond that developed between them overtime.
they lived in a friends-with-benefits relationship for long -- one of occasionally overstepping
certain boundaries, like disguised touches in public, stolen kisses at risk of being exposed and found out,
and .. they had a habit of getting angry at each other when one of them did that, but it was mostly due
to stress, and both of them were guilty for stepping out of line.
ningguang was the one to end their relationship -- completely. no more nights spend sleeping
together as a way to rid themselves of stress, no more leading on, no more false hope and time to
figure it out. her priorities had changed overtime, and it was a really bitter pill to swallow for yelan --
she was more than aware of it. masked facade, fake expressions, passive-aggressive respect at
times. she couldn't blame the woman for it.
ningguang is likely one to take a bite out of yelan if she ever provokes beidou. not in a malicious
way, but she won't allow yelan's frustration to lash out on someone that had absolutely nothing
to do with what happened between them.
this relationship is one she never, ever talks about with beidou -- the woman might suspect a
thing or two, but ningguang never confirmed or denied the existence of yelan and her at some point.
