81. My character is the daughter of the most important man in the city, a crimelord by the name of Carter Willem. He started as an orphaned street thug, living off of the scraps given to him by his gang. He eventually grew strong enough to make a name for himself and had a knack for diplomacy... able to become friends with anyone he considered worthy. However he knew his childhood left much to be desired and thus sought to educate himself, and build the city he grew up in to be a strong, formidable place of learning, power, and wealth. While certainly not comparable to the mysterious brotherhood of steel in terms of tech, they were more than advanced in terms of civilization. Most of the advanced tech was carefully handled by those considered worthy by Carter, he tried to not be greedy and learn a lesson or two from the brotherhood... be free with knowledge, but careful with who you entrust the ability to wield it. My character is his most beloved daughter, only legitimate heir he has from the love of his life who died in an assassination attempt from an up and coming gang supported by the NCR or New California Republic. While my characters do have brothers, they are not doted upon or shown love nearly as much as my character does unconditionally, though my character's father does try to be a good father to his bastard children, it is fairly obvious that he has inner hesitations and feelings regarding his bastard children and their mothers.
