~Appearance~
Rukia has long, thin, silvery-white hair that she usually keeps tied up in either a high ponytail or a large messy bun with a small cluster if bangs in the middle of her forehead with some of them brushed off to each side underneath two locks if hair that Frans her face. Her eyes are a sharp icy blue and her skin is rather pale, most likely as a side effect of her quirk due to how cold her ice is. She has a thin build, allowing her to easily and swiftly glide across the ice she forms beneath her feet and evade attacks with ease. When she isn’t performing her hero duties, she usually dresses either in a mostly black goth fashion or in the occasional cosplay. However, her hero costume is mostly comprised of white and blue fabrics. When she is performing her hero duties, she wears a white bodysuit with a light, icy blue jacket lined with white fur as well as white gloves, icy blue thigh-high wedges with white fur along the top as well as a white heel, and a fur scrunchie around the base of her high ponytail. Around her waist is a utility belt that has two varieties of bombs that are shaped like different snowflakes; one acts as a flash grenade while the other kind is a special bomb that releases massive ice spikes that cover a larger area. To move around quickly, she forms a pair of skates on the bottom of her boots as she produces a line layer of black ice beneath her feet to skate upon.
~Personality~
Rukia is primarily calm, even when Bakugo goes on a rampage or tries to say something to her in an attempt to provoke her. She has a rather high threshold of patients and is usually seen with a calm, serene look on her face, often with a relaxed smile. However, she is also rather sassy and especially enjoys making snarky remarks towards Bakugo when he begins to target his rage in her direction and derives enjoyment when she renders him speechless. Although despite her overall calm and confident demeanor, she is rather insecure about her pale skin and thin build as her father would always berate her for being too weak both to amount for anything and undeserving of his attention.
~Background~
Being born as the youngest of Enji's many children, Rukia didn't stand much of a chance when it came to getting her father's attention unless it was his anger and disappointment. Due to her ice quirk being so much colder than any of her siblings, she was constantly sick when she was younger, and even into adulthood, she is still unable to use her powers for more than a few short minutes at a time before the frostbite quickly moves in. As she struggled to gain his approval, she tried to learn other skills instead. Such as paint, figure skating, and even other languages including Korean, Chinese, and German but none of that impressed him due to the fact he still only focused on her physical capabilities. So instead, as she grew older, she decided to work on those skills more for herself as she began to enjoy them. Especially figure skating as that became not just a hobby but also a side job in the future as well as gaming, live streaming, and cosplay. However, she still insisted on becoming a hero simply to improve her physical strengths as she wanted to be an inspiration for people who felt they were too weak to do something similar. Although she only ended up being a sidekick for Bakugo, she still enjoys it as there's always something new and exciting with him.

- She only uses her bombs as a means of distraction when she sees that the only option is to retreat
- Rukia first calls Bakugo ‘Puppy’ simply to annoy him, only to switch her nickname for him to ‘Fire Cracker’ as they start to grow close to each other
- She prefers sweets over anything else, particularly hating bitter or spicy foods but happens to be neutral to sour foods
- She tends to eat rather small portions as a side effect of her quirk causes her bodily functions (such as digestion) to slow down
