p e r s o n a l i t y → Otis is sadistic and mentally unstable. He appears friendly at first, unless he approaches another person first. He is outgoing and quirky to say the least. He has behavioral patterns that imitate a psychotic person. He will hurt and kill without issue. After a tragic incident, Otis became depressed and driven into a pit of guilt. After time, this caused his mental state to deteriorate until he was unstable and sadistic.

h i s t o r y → Otis was born into a healthy family of four. He was raised to be kind and sweet to others, just like his brother. He was a good kid growing up, and rarely got in trouble. Around the age of seventeen, his brother had gone missing, with no trace of him to be found. As the years went on, Otis found himself spiraling into a deep pit of depression and guilt. He felt as if he was the one who caused him to go missing. Once he reached the proper age, Otis joined the police academy and started to work in his city. He used his job to dig deeper into his brother’s case. As the months went by, Otis could feel his rational thoughts being taken over by sadistic and evil thoughts.
Eventually Otis was kicked off of his force and was left to deal with his obsession on his own. He reclused to his house and made his way even further into the internet, finding various leads on what could of happened. He will use anyone and anything to try and get to his brother. Otis is inclined to using people towards his hunt, even if that means he has to be romantically involved with the person.
