Tyria.
He was among the first to know of what happened to TiHao and the others and that made him immediately feel like everything was on his shoulders, mostly due to WonPil's current situation and the fact he knows he's going to make a stupid mess.
Due to that, the first thing he does is rush to him. Very few northern know that the girl living with Dorian is WonPil, but LaNi isn't one who trusts easily and tends to make his own logics, like that Dorian would most certainly reveal the truth to be on his family's side, than keep the secret.
He didn't want to tell WonPil the truth, but he somehow knew already and was making a mess, wanting to go to find TiHao and a way to get him out, without even thinking of how dangerous and stupid that would be. LaNi ends up giving him quite harsh words, but at least they force him to reason a little.
Since he is sure that Mortian will want to interrogate him and that he too will end up in troubles, he decides that the best to do is to send WonPil somewhere safe and unknown to most, from either side. He doesn't want responsibilities and most of all, wants to avoid TiHao's wrath on himself if he left WonPil in that mess.
For that reason, he decides to send him to Tyria, in particular to Lion's Arch — alone or with anyone who could have wanted to accompany him.
LaNi stays in Heinmenhos, not wanting to leave QinShi alone there and also wanting to see if he can do something to help TiHao, Thomas and Hoseok.

She blinks. "Fans? Of course. Even old women of Lion's Arch need something for the hot days." She shrugs.
WonPil. "I'll go to wash myself." And he will spend the rest of the day in the bathroom.
"Third room on the left, first floor!"
She listens to her words, but can't help to find if hard to believe. "Another world? What are you on too, too many Norn ales? And what about their gender, even? You think the pregnant one is male? They sure come from a weird world."
She kicks sand at him at his last words. "Dry up, you drink worse than a wet dog."
"Only old women? Clearly the use of fans here is understimated." No, he'll never be ashamed he likes fans so much.
"I'm completely sure it exists! A Kralkatorrik's rift brought me there, I saw with my own eyes. How else can a mere human be physically strong like a Charr or more? I don't believe it.
I...what? How can you even think she could be male? I have seen lots of strange things but never of that level.
I would have washed but I'm worried you'll ask for more money!" He growls slightly as she kicks sand at him.
"Are you making this all up just because you got defeated by a human? It's not the first time it happens, humans train as well. Charr are not so infallible as they seem to think, eh?"
She snorts. "It's you who are saying. Then what you meant, that the guy is a girl? So you got beaten by a human girl?"
She covers her nose. "I won't charge you for bathing, I need it for my safety!"
No! By the Ash...he might have feminine ways but he looks male enough!
I'm going to wash. Do you have a second bathroom? I can't stand anymore your complaints about my smell!"
"He has such an angelic face I could get to wonder if he is one of the Six Gods, though..." Fangirling over WuXin. The real reason of her invitation unveils!!
"I have two bathrooms, yes." Luckily for them all, because that's the place where WonPil spends most time when something is wrong with him.
"I'll get on those fishes meanwhile." She motions him to come inside and shows him where the other bathroom is, then heads to the pantry.
